They actually would but wouldn't acknowledge it or try to explain it away. Studies similar to question has proven this. The study toke men that had prejudice towards homosexuals and found that the men had sexual responses to homosexual acts but either denied or didn't acknowledge them. So I assumed the same would go for this question.

i can't imagine being so deep in denial that physical response to something you find erotic, no matter how you may deny it. the penis never lies, the penis has a mind of its own.
