When I start up my PC I only get a black screen on my Samsung 913v with a floating >Not Optimum Mode Recommended Mode: 1280x1024. I have had this screen for two years and I have never seen this before. I was surfing the net and decided to play Delta Force. That's when it happened. I have doen this hundreds of times before and have not changed the settings ever.
I can't right click on the screen or do anythong. Even F8 for safe start does not work. Any Ideas?
Cheers
Atualizada:Disregard. Monitor is fine. It just needed to cool down or something. It works again, with nothing done. Just time elapse.
Thanks though

You are going to have to Open Windows in Safe mode or get a temporary monitor. I would get a CRT as it can take higher resolutions.
Once on in safe mode, check two things. First, ensure you are running 1280x1024 and that nothing has changed the resolution. Second, check the refresh rate, this is on the screen where you set the result ion (click Advanced, then select the monitor tab). Ensure the refresh rate is set to 60Hz. 60Hz is the speed of an LCD, not faster and not slower. Having an improper refresh speed will confuse a monitor and cause it to fail.
But, it sounds like you have a faulty video card if it fails to load in safe mode. I would also try to re-seat the video card or alternatively try a spare (if you have one).
