I started up my Acer laptop when I clicked the Sims 3 which I bought three days before. It was a download from Steam. I also clicked Internet Explorer to look for something. When the Sims popped up and clicked the "-"sign and it minimized. Problem is, I can't find it. I go to Steam to redo it, it says cannot pull up program already running. I tried to shortcut on my desktop, says the same thing. I deleted the shortcut and tried to do it on steam again. It still says "program already running" but I can't shut it down! Please answer as soon as possible otherwise I can't play. (Yes I have shut down my computer, still doesn't work)
