Sims 3 serial code and website problems?
Ok so i got the sims 3 in June and i used to be able to log on and download stuff from the website.
Now when i log on and i wanna download a sim from the exchange,it makes me complete my registration by typing in my serial code.
But i've already done this before and now when i type in my serial code it says the code is invalid!!
So what i tried to do so far is make another account with a different email address and when i tried that it needed my serial code obviously...and when i typed in my serial code it said that the serial code was already being used!!!
Can anyone please help me?

I know the website has been having problems lately. For a while, the forums were down, and I kept being told I was entering my password incorrectly when I knew I was not.
If you were fine before and are now having problems, give it time -- or contact EA.
And yes, your serial code is already in use -- by your original account. Don't make a new account.
I think you can call the help line (I'm not sure about the number, it might be on the website) and tell them about your problem.
