Ever since I was ten I woke up to not be able to move. The first time I got extremely cold and it looked like my sheets moved and I was pushed down into my bed. I was little so I completely freaked. It has happened a lot. I wake up and I can't move a muscle, I can't open my eyes sometimes. Sometimes I can. It happens about once a month. But last night was the worst one yet. I woke up about 1 am because I was just sweating so bad. I changed into shorts and tried to go back to sleep. I closed my eyes for maybe a minute and It felt like there was something in my room. I tried to open my eyes but couldn't. It lasted maybe 2 minutes. I got scared and tried to stay up for a little bit watch tv. I closed my eyes again and it happened again. But this time I got chilly and I felt like a presence go over my face and I HEARD VOICES in my ear. Then after that it felt like there were hands on my throat. Just my throat felt pressure nothing else. Also my dog growled and started to twitch. It happened about three more times that night. So I stayed up until it was light outside. Is that a ghost or what?? Please tell me what I need to do.
Update:I don't take any pills.

Dont worry, you do not have to be Catholic to do these things.
All the best.
You´ve been a victim of demonic harassment. In true sleep paralysis, no presence over one´s face and no hearing of voices.
its not sleep paralysis your whole body would feel pressure. not saying it is a ghost but something is up. do you take meds that can give you hallucinations? like sleeping pills or pain meds? they can seem very real too.
either way you need to let your doctor know about this.
