Ok recently my PC stopped working, after awhile of figuring out what the deal is. I determined it was the power supply so I replaced it, this is what started the odd problems. I cant plug up my Mouse to PS/2 slot because will not turn on, keyboard works fine though, so mouse is USB at the moment, Also I go to put in my ethernet card back in, the onboard one I have sucks, Well PC wont turn on, took it out works fine now. so using onboard any ideas whats going on heres some info to help:
processor: intell E8400 (not overclocked, stock)
80 Gig western digital HD
4 gig of DDR2
5 Case fans, 1 Aftermarket PC heatsink (OCZ vanquisher)
Geforce 8800 GTS 320 Ram.

The maximum power of your new power supply is less than the original one. There is also a possibility that the ethernet card was installed incorrectly or has gone bad so you might want to try it again, preferably in a different slot. Whenever you handle expansion cards, you should make sure that you are grounded and have no built up static electricity. You might have to replace the card but I would fix the power supply size issue first.
Try a different slot for the ethernet card. Make sure it is seated all the way down in the slot.
If it still doesn't work you could be having motherboard problems. Sometimes when a power supply goes bad it will mess up a motherboard with stray voltage.
Just note that, USB mouses are much better than PS/2, as they send commands faster.
