Ok, so Windows 7 has this thing where you can 'refresh' the computer (an option that supposedly doesn't clear out your installed programs, etc...). After refreshing the computer, it restarted it, and what I ended up with is a completely black desktop, and when I went to view my documents, it had moved them to an existing folder...I tried to click on the old locations of the files but it always said "__ is no longer working"...I don't even know what that means, but it's not showing iTunes music, music/ video players/ Microsoft word/ any other installed programs that SHOULD still be on my computer...What is the problem??!
