I have downloaded some mods to lower the graphic settings on TF2, but im still getting around 2-3 fps while in intense gameplay. Here's my computer's specs:

2.00 GHz Processor

2.00 GB of RAM

Mobile Intel 945 Express Chipset Family (Which I found is compatible with DirectX 9)

Windows Vista 2007

I'm not very good on what specs I need to show, so if there is anything I should put up there, please message me or post an answer.

I'm really in the dumps because I checked out all the requirements that were needed and I do have them, but TF2 still runs crappy.
