I'm watching the 4th episode of the 2nd season of Gilmore Girls: The road trip to Harvard. Rory and Lorelei go on a road trip and ditch her wedding with Max Madeena. They end up visiting Harvard. At Harvard U., Lorelei keeps looking at a picture of a Harvard graduate, Erika Hilson Palmer, while Rory is busy fitting in with a class going on. Does this "Erika" have any significance in Lorelei's life? Did I miss something? The camara continues to focus on her for a while.....I'd love to know if it means anything! Thanks for all your help!
Atualizada:I vaguely remember a conversation between Rory and Lorelei before a Friday Dinner; she was talking about her life when she became pregnant, and how it changed...and so on. she might have mentioned her disappointment when her friend moved on or something like that....

Yes, she wanted to be there to with the pictures and she couldn't because she got pregnant. And she saw Erika up there. I am not sure about it, but I remember Lorelai mentioning something about having also a "Paris" in her life, when Rory was talking about how "friendly" Paris is. So, maybe this Erika was the "Paris" Lorelai was talking about...
I think that I read somewhere that Erika was in the same graduating class as Loreali. I am pretty sure that she graduated from the same school Loreali went to too. So, Loreali was looking at the picture thinking that could have been her. But she missed graduating since she got pregnant... Hope this helps! :)
No, gilmore girls is over, abc family is just going to start airing a season that channel has never aired before. its not a new season, just new to abc family.
She was looking at it longingly because that could have been her up there with all those pictures. If she didnt have Rory she would have been in that picture because she was in that graduating class. Her life would have been so different...
Erm nope doesn't ring any bells...i missed most of the last season (still haven't seen the last episode *tear*) so i could be wrong...perty sure no though.
