[URGENT]

I am meant to film a time-lapse film at the Gherkin tomorrow, however I have ingeniously forgotten my main camera that I use (Cannon 500d) at my school, and I have my bridge Sony DSC HX1 with me. Can someone please help me to control the Sony with some sort of software from a laptop (mac/windows) through the existing cable?
