The hard drive has to create the file on the computer before it begins downloading. Just wait a while and the error should go. Also, make sure you are not using the hard drive a lot (e.g. copying or using a lot of large files).
1.You need a Torrent Client. Like Utorrent. 2.It is not Limewire or Utorrent that is unsafe. It is what the torrent itself downloads that may be unsafe.
