Verifying a paypal acc?
Is verifying a paypal account by applying for the card free? Withiout any annual fees? And also will paypal send me any mail to my house or only through email?
Update:When i verify a paypal accoun by creating a card, does paypal ship the card to my house? Also does it cost money to customize my own card?
