This actually is not a simple problem..

It might have many causes..

TMPIN0,1,2, and(3 for me), is different from a build to another..

The problem might be is that HWMonitor doesn't know what it is reading, it might be your NB, or it could be the cpu sensor for your board.

My suggestions are:

- If you are overclocking, set your build to it's default, and check the temperatures to see if there's a different on the reading or not.

- use few different monitoring software, and check their readings...

- Place a fan on your NB and see if it gets cooler..

since you're running Prime95, and TMPIN2 at 70c, it sounds to me that it's your CPU temperature, though you didn't mention what CPU you have I still think 70c is around a cpu temperature..

Anyways, if your system cooling is placed right, you shouldn't be having any problems with your motherboard temperatures. I overclocked my i5-2500k to 4.8Ghz and made hundreds of stress testing on my build, one of the temperatures readings under the Motherboard in HWMonitor was 125c+ and the build has been running for over a year, so don't count on HWMonitor all the time, Not saying that it's safe to run at high temp, but pointing out that you should do everything to know if the readings are right or not.
