And YES it is an offensive term. I think only black people are allowed to use it, but I have never heard an African (from Africa) use it. Only American-Africans.

The 'niga' in nigahiga doesn't mean THAT n****. He once said it's just something he put 'cause it rhymes with his surname Higa. I doubt he's racist in any kind. He sometimes makes fun of Asians too (he's asian himself) but it's all just for fun, nothing to be serious about. I remember there's even one African American who sort of clarify that niga doesn't mean n**** cause it has only one 'g' by making a song in which ryan replied to saying it was good.
