Bisexuality: Bisexuality is the attraction to both sexes, male and female. A bisexual person will like both sexes more or less equally, or have a strong preference for one over the other, but the thing that classifies bisexuality in itself is that the person has a sexual attraction to people who are both male and female.
Pansexuality: Pansexuality is the attraction to people in general, regardless of their sex or gender presentation. Where bisexuals are only attracted, by definition, to males and females, people who describe themselves as pansexual will not discriminate. This means that a pansexual person would have a sexual attraction for transvestites, transsexuals, people with unclear gender presentation (people who are very androgynous, people with unclear gender identities who prefer to dress as a mix of both genders, etc). Basically, pansexuality can be described as being sexually attracted to "what's on the inside" rather than physical sex.
Everyone is pansexual. To some degree everyone is attracted to every "gender" or type. Does not necessarily mean you want to have sex with them, but that you find them attractive. Some of it may be looks, some personality, etc. For example, a male who considers himself straight may like a particular actor in films. Replace that actor with another who is an equally good actor but looks hideous, and the male no longer finds the character appealing. Imagine Rosanne Barr instead of Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider. Go to school and you will, at least subconciously, find some people who are more attractive than others. It is natural. It may have a sexual element, it may not. We're not blind (unless one is blind...but they can form pansexual attractions too) - attractive is attractive and there are degrees of such that are particular to each individual.
Let's put it this way, if you were bi, you would date a man or you would date a woman. That's it.
But, if you were pan... Let's say you meet this girl, and you really like her. Then, you're at a party one night and the two of you "disappear." Suddenly, you find out that she has a penis. It wouldn't matter.
While most of us see the world as man or woman, with pansexuals, it's more like we're all identical meat sacks.
Pansexuals are attracted to men, women, and transsexual, transgender, intersex, and other gender-variant individuals.
Bisexuals are only attracted to men and women, in general.
The term "pansexual" came around because people who had previously labeled themselves as "bisexual" suddenly realized that not everybody who was bisexual was okay with dating, say, a pre-op transwoman, or not everybody felt attracted to, or understood, someone who identified as genderqueer or third-gender. So "pansexuality" was born to describe those of us who have a wider, more all-encompassing view of gender, since "bisexuality", by nature of it's "bi" prefix, only sees two genders.
But I once wrote a blog post about the problems I have with the term and definition of pansexuality (as a person who identifies as pansexual):

Pansexual means you don't care about gender. You just love because you love the person. Gender isn't involved.
Bisexual means you like males and females.
Pansexual is pretty much the same thing as bisexual, but includes transgender and transsexual folk.
Wikipedia it, baby.
Bi means that you r attracted to both sexes. Pan means that u basically dont care about gender. A pansexusal would say somethinng like, "Sex is sex."
Gender Vs Sexuality.
I have no idea, I think its just another way people have conjured up to label themselves.
it has the same result, but it's kind of abouthow the person thinks of themselves.
Pansexual is like, you like people for their personality, and you don't really care what they've got down there.
Bisexual is youy like both.
OMG, there's another word?
