I have seen games online using rpg maker xp starter kits to make pokemon games, but do not know if there are any kits for rpg vx. I have tried to look for one, but i do not know where to check. There is not a Starer Kit for RMVX as of right now. I would reccomend trying the one for RMXP though - if you have RMXP. You can download RMXP free - just follow the guide:
