if you have the legit version of ss/hg, you could always grind for them on your pokewalker. they randomly drop from the dowsing machine. i got two moon stones, a fire stone, and three thunderstones from that. oh, and connect with other people with a pokewalker often. you get some nice items from that too. i.e: star dust,
big pearl, heart scales, rare bones. i got a T.M 29 for psychic that way!
