hello everyone please tell which will perform faster

correct me if i was wrong...i think it works like this

from the crucial memory the cas latency is cl7 and for corsair is cl9

cas latency is how many clock cycles to respond

so,i think CL7 cycles @ 1066 megacycles/second = 7/1066= .0066 *10^-6 seconds or 6.6 nanoseconds

CL9 cycles @ 1333 megacycles/second = 9/1333= .00675 *10^-6seconds or 6.75 nanoseconds

so ram with less timing and less clock speed is faster than the ram with high cas latency and high clock speed...so in this case crucial ram is faster than corsair right?

please do correct me if i am wrong...thank you in advance...
