I am having a severe problem when trying to open email. I continually receive an error message saying the email is having a problem loading. This has continued throughout the day and is terribly frustrating. It is not just my computers seeing it happens on both my laptop AND my desktop MAC computers. It also happens on different wireless networks.
How do I transmit this information to Yahoo support for them to look into the problem?

Hi,
There was temporary issue on 9/2/13 that prevented some users from being able to access their mail. Our engineering team was able to isolate and resolve the issue very quickly.
