Everything is up to date, the Wii, the loader and I ran the latest Pimp my Wii, so I guess it also has the cios and that stuff updated.
The weird thing is that only about half the games I have there are actually playable, the others just get a blackscreen and then the wiimote disconnects. A few of those that don't load can play the audio of the game, although the screen is black.
I already tried loading it with different ios, but none of them work.

Well if you used the latest version of Pimp My Wii (v2.30) then it should have installed d2x 249v8 final. And the latest GX is 3.0, you have to download it from website and transfer it to SD/USB the in app update won't work on older versions.
I've never used PMW, it had a habit of bricking Wiis there for a while. I'd try to reinstall your cIOSs but this time get them from wiihacks' mod pack... http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-faqs-guides-tu... The ModPack.zip is the begining of Chapter 2, in the wad folder there are a bunch of files, you only need cIOS222-cIOS251, and if you don't have a wad manager, there is one built into WiiMod in the apps folder of that pack (reload to IOS236 to install wads).
I don't recall any of the games in that don't work list to be one's that need a special IOS like CoD games that have to have one based off IOS57. They could just be bad/corrupt copies and need to be re-ripped.
try configurable usb loader ( the latest version) it runs wii games in its ios.
Maybe your Wii got bricked : P
