Ages ago, wayyy before twilight i used to be an extreme paramore fan, i was just turning teenage and having music so different and unique to most of the stuff id heard before and the crap other people listened to to fall back on really helped me through some ******' horrible times....
...so i went on loving paramore, finding other music untill twilight came out, followed by their latest album... my love of paramore had been fading ever since i started getting interested in more music, but after this i suddenly started hating them, cos everone else seemed to and i didnt and still dont like how theyve changed, although i hadnt really thought about why properly.
one day i realised, i dont actually hate them, i just dont care for them anymore, as theyve changed from how they used to be ages ago, i really miss that and i still love the old paramore i used to, because of all the memories that come with it, just not what they are now...
so i just want to know, as i was only hating cos everyone else was, why do you, personally hate paramore?

Because emo bands suck
Not a matter of hate, so much as just never got the point.
Simple truth is they are average musicians, with an average singer. Hayley Williams can't hold a candle to Amy Lee, Gwen Stefani and a whole host of other female singers... and that is just thinking of the mainstream ones (if I busted out my Metal Chicks collection she would get buried)
I saw them last year.. they were opening for No Doubt. Basically there music fell into 2 categories.. Fast Paramore song.. slow Paramore song. Nothing memorable about either category, other than they had different paces.
Yet.. if you dare mention you aren't a rabid fan.. the Paramore fangirls will rip you to shreds faster than 12 year olds would kill you for Miley Cyrus tickets. If Paramore fans could actually deal with people disagreeing with them, and stop gushing like Hayley had just solved world hunger, cured cancer and created world peace... maybe I would be less anti-Paramore.
I don't hate Paramore, I don't see the point in hating a band. I used to be a huge Paramore Fan when I heard the song Misery Business in 07 but now I don't like them as much because of Twilight & thanks to the song Decode they get overplayed so much that now they're kinda annoying. If the media didn't overplay songs then I honestly wouldn't mind them as much. The radio destroys a lot of bands by constantly playing the same songs over & over & over again -_-
But honestly it's the fans which are annoying, if someone doesn't like Paramore then they tear you apart like rabid dogs, they can't respect that everyone has a different taste in music(of course this doesn't apply to every fan). There's also the fans who are wannabe Hayley Williams who get the clothes she has, cut their hair like hers & dye their hair like her, those fans really piss me off cause they just can't be themselves so copies someone famous.
Probably because people hear of them too much. Sometimes that happens, but not always. Music preferences are different and sometimes people's preferences change. Even though this is not my favorite band, I do recognize that they are very talented. This should be appreciated alone, especially in an age where some music you hear on the radio is written for the artist by someone else, the instruments were put together on a computer, and the lyrics are rubbish.
If you like them that is all that matters. One loved band is someone else's despised band.
I do not hate Paramore at all, period, nada, zilch.
Although, I think some people dislike something after everyone else likes them, kinda reverse psychology.
But, I think that change is honestly good for the band, they can't be the same forever, and personally, Brand New Eyes is my favourite album, because it showed they grew up.
All We Know Is Falling and Riot! are both great albums, but BNE showed how far they came.
A teenage band is bound to change, but they are still Paramore, and plus, it's not like they're acting like coke smoking famous rich people, they're still them.
I like their old albums, and Brick By Boring brick is good, but apart from that their new stuff is sh!t. And I don't like how mainstream they are now because of twilight. And Hayley Williams is a slag :)
I think they used to try too hard to be something "different" and "unique" and "cool". Now they've just given up and sound like everything else on the radio.
paramore stole my cat when i was 6
Cause they're musicians wait.....you can't even hear the musicians ie. the Guitar, the bass etc. & the Lead singer has that same boring mediacore voice & the their lyrics suck.
Didnt you just ask this?
I don't. not a fan either.
