Can someone please explain as to why the makers of Netflix are D-bags and do not have The Little Mermaid on Netflix but they have HANNAH MONTANA and all this other bs? Can someone explain this to me? I'm 15 and all I ask of the world is that I can watching my old favorite movie on something other than my VHS when it probably doesn't even work anymore. Please and Thank you.

Disney is very, very protective of some of their content. Netflix does not have any decision making power. If you want to fully understand how guarded Disney is, go over to http://www.vudu.com./ VUDU is a PPV streaming service offered by WalMart. You can not stream "The Little Mermaid" regardless of what you are willing to pay. In the Disney universe, "The Little Mermaid" is royalty and "Hannah Montana" is a servant. You are welcome to complain to Disney, but you are not likely to have any impact.

Not sure I don't work for Netflix, but it could have something to do with that Disney likes to keep their animated features and live action features like The Jungle Book and 101 Dalmatians out of stock. They bring out movies like this for a few years or limited time only and then they return them back to their vault. They don't take out of stock too many live action movies like Hannah Montana out of stock, and put them in their vaults. Plus the fact I haven't really searched for the Little Mermaid on Netflix so how to I know. If you have kids and you want to watch the movie with them your best bets are your local library or see if there is a video store in your area that is still open. While writing somehow I finally noticed that you said that you are 15.
itunes would be your best bet. Netflix is a video stream, not an actual download and the streaming videos offered are limited. Bitlord is a torrent site, 95% of those are illegal pirate copies.
