I have a 4gb sandisk cruzer working through wii hmbrw channel and i need to format it to wbfs so the iso's will fit.. unless.. do they "scrubb" (lower memory usage) when you send them to FAT32 On window. GOAL: to fit as many iso's i can on 4gb flash drive to play on wii.

WBFS is old and inferior to NTFS and FAT32.
Just format it to FAT32 and use WiiBackupManager to transfer ISO to the 4GB flash drive.
It will scrub/shrink it for you.
Wbfs Format
You don't need to format the card, just create a folder called "wbfs" on it and use Wii Backup Manager to transfer the games over to it... It will remove the update partition and scrub the game for you automatically.
... You're not going to fit many games, albeit scrubbed, on a 4GB SD card though. 1 or 2 decent games or 10 terrible ones. If you can't afford a proper external USB hard disk to store games on, you can get something like a 32GB USB flash drive for about £10 ($20-ish).

Well if I understand what your asking. You want two particians, One for wii and one for computer right? Well I guess first make two particians(IF POSSIBLE) on the flash drive. lets say partic 1 is for computer and partic 2 is for wii. Then if THIS is possible take it to the wii and if it lets you format it on its own system then ONLY format partic 2. NOT 1 This way it will be recognized by the wii. And partic 1 will still be read by compuoter.....This is just my guess, I have absoluty no experience particianing flash drives, but I did reformat them a couple times.
you need a sd card, sorry. until you have the homebrew channel, your usb ports aren't recognized for loading games. you have to have a sd card to install homebrew channel & to load your homebrew applications like usb loader.
