I need to remove a folder from program files that I believe does nothing. It went to an old toolbar that I think I uninstalled a long time ago. I try to use the command prompt as administrator to remove it but it tells me access denied. So I'm stuck. Any ideas what I should do?
Update:Folder and old program called "Shop To Win"

EDIT:
Use this first to remove the program...

Then this to clean up...

Don't forget to restart after uninstalling.

Win 7 does that a lot. Its a security "feature". Try first taking ownership, and then it should let you do what you like with it. A lot of w7 objects are owned by the system etc, and not any user.
