I have a Gateway laptop with Windows 7Ultimate. A long time ago, I was a bit of an idiot and changed the BIOS settings to have the system and video BIOS shadowed, since I was under the false presumption that it would help boot up the laptop faster. It does, but by a fraction of time so small it is definitely not worth it. Well, I've tried re-accessing the BIOS, but I can't. When the PC boots up, it says to press F1 for setup, but nothing happens when I press F2 or DEL.

My second and biggest problem is that the Windows Resume Loader page is frozen. It tells me to chose between two options: "Continue with system resume", or "Delete restoration >Atualizada:

I press F2 from the moment the PC turns on to the time it freezes and still, nothing happens. Wish I could give more info
