i need help.. ive download dmc4 for 3 days. and i intalled it.. but when i try to start the game an error pops up saying

"application has failed to start XINPUT1_3.DLL was not found...."

i dunno what to do... the site that i downloaded it to dont give me answers on how to fix it...

anyone know how to deal with dis error?
