Yeah, i've the same main issue about finding a costume with like no money, but i had an concept for you which might be go as a greek goddess or cleopatra, what you do is... Get an historical white sheet and wrap it around your self to the place you find it irresistible, truely that you would be able to go on google and look at pics of precise costumes and see which style you adore. Cut it and then sew it or that you may clearly use a bunch of saftey pins should you don't wanna sew it.... Then take another colour sheet (your option) and cut it and use it as a cape/sash. Additionally what i've visible people do is like dye the ends of the sash in one color and then to the identical to the bottom of the costume to check... Super lovable and the dye can be very cheap. After that just wear like a pair of old sandals and put like a gold headband in your hair. That you can make it or buy it at just like the greenback tree... i think you should definitely get a two pairs of bright colored leggings, headbands and lots of hairspray in order to get your hair all big.

And you can get some thick belts and wear them real tight right at your waist curve, and wear something loose underneth it, with bright neon leggings, headbands, big hair and colorful make up. The rest is up to your desire! Good luck and have fun!
