My cars ac compressor works but the air is warm, also I tested the ac pressure it read 85psi which is bad , something is wrong and freon wont fix it, I have an 2000 nissan maxima gle 3.0liter engine, any ideas thank you!

Sounds like the compressor shaft is sheared, going by the limited information.
Edit: It does not matter if the low or high side reads 85 psi, I would be expecting a low side reading of around 30 psi and a high side reading of around 150-230 psi if the compressor was moving 134a and the cooling fan was working properly, I just cut through the chase and decided the ambient temperature was around 85 degrees and the compressor was doing nothing even if it looked like it was doing something.
A low charge will read much lower than 85 psi unless the system is full of non condensable gases.
That reading of 85 psi, is that the high or low side? Either way it sounds like a low state of charge. That by itself should shut down the compressor.

Freon is Duponts trademark name for R12 and you need a license to buy Freon. Yours doesn't take Freon, yours take R134 available at any auto parts store. You start with a gage, then add as needed.
You need to go with your compressor to service, i think is a big problem with theme.
