I'm probably gonna piss off the Wiccans with this question, lol
I've been just thinking about it, and we(Americans) have one major deity unique to our country, the Goddess Columbia.
She was been a part of our pride, nationalism, and culture for centuries now. And particularly in the last two centuries, Columbia has been very influential in key points in American history.
My question is....is she officially a recognized deity by now? I'd think so, but I'm just not sure.
Anyways, I'd be fine with worshiping Columbia over the Greek Gods(those guys are major *******, #sorrynotsorry)
Just curious.

There is no "official" list of Goddesses or Gods.
Why would it piss me off who you feel called to worship?
Maybe you are projecting your emotions on others-- but I wouldn't disrespect you or your deities (the way you would clearly be happy to disrespect mine without thought).
As a Wiccan I believe you should be true to what you actually believe, and if Columbia represents the Goddess to you and you feel called to Her service, then that's your business. It's really not going to have any bearing on me or my relationship with my Gods.
There is no "official" list of "official" Gods and goddesses. If you believe Columbia is a Goddess, then She is, to you. If no one else believes, well, that's fine. Why would you care whether people take your Goddess seriously? She's yours, not theirs, and their believes are none of your business just as much as your beliefs are none of theirs.
