As in the eBay seller? Apparently, it's a real account, yes.
Are they a legitimate dealer? Who knows? If you have any doubt about an eBay seller, don't bite.
Personally, I wouldn't purchase new equipment from an auction site. There are plenty of reputable retailers, such as B&H, Adorama, KEH, and even Newegg.
That is a brand I have not heard of, and the name suggests a cheap brand from the Far East. Personally I would not touch it.
"Fake", meaning what? Either a camera can take pictures and make them available, eg as an upload, or it cannot. The only way to find out is to buy one! But if a cheap one works for more than 6 months you will be lucky.
But best to stick to the good brands such as Nikon, Sony, Canon, Olympus, Pentax, Fuji, Panasonic, Samsung. Within those brands you will find models at many different prices, probably some as inexpensive as that unknown brand.

The tool I use to vet a vendor, resellerratings.com, has never heard of them, so I would not trust them.
