Hi. I attended a CC college part time last year (because I was still in High School) and I plan to transfer to a senior university in 2013.
To get an Associates Degree I have to take one extra math class, and one extra science class. To do this, I would have to drop my computer class for the Fall, and move it to the Spring. Then in the Summer take an extra science class (Geology) along with my General Biology Lab.
I have to take the lab in the summer regardless, and in the summer I would take a math class.
Is it worth the extra time and money, or not?
Update:Sorry, I attended a Community College. I was going to say CC, but typed college. :P

If you're planning on getting a Bachelor's Degree, an Associate's isn't going to add value to your education.
The only time an Associate's degree is useful is when it's in a technical field, and you can get a good job directly from that program without a Bachelor's Degree.
Otherwise, you just take general classes that will transfer to a 4 year school, and that will fill requirements there. In that case, the courses you've listed might be appropriate, but you'd have to check with the school you're transferring to to be sure. Many schools have a cap on the number of credits they'll transfer, and some don't accept transfer credits in the department that you're majoring in (so your Bio course wouldn't count if you plan to be a Biology Major, etc).
If you can transfer all those classes, it's usually cheaper and easier to take courses at CC.
