All body kits require some adjustments to fit perfectly, it depend on which manufacturer you buy it from. If it is OEM it will not fit, you will have to buy custom brackets and do some cutting, although i am not sure if you are referring to an M3 bodykit or that cheap looking package that made you look like you are driving a half price M3. Either way stock is always better, you will lose resale value for anything that you stick on your car and if it doesn't have S54 under the hood, it will just be ricey
