***Can i become a pro tennis player?***
Sure, all you really need is the money to travel, pay for things like hotel, food, coaching, equipment, medical bills, etc. Now, if you want to be ranked somewhere in the top 200 or 300 on the ATP or WTA rankings, that's not so easy :-)
Your question doesn't mention anything about tournaments you've played and/or won. If you've never had a ranking, that would be a good thing to achieve ... soon. You need to see what's out there and knock heads with other players in your age category and skill level.
The USPTA has published a nice set of DVD's that go into many of the factors that make up a champion tennis player. It's called "The Six General Performance Components of Tennis." They also have a manual that you can order along with the DVD's:

Cool. Now all you need are the tournament victories.
Sportsmanship might not be #1, but it's way ahead of whatever is in 2nd place.
Therefore, read and learn "The Code" in addition to the official "ITF Rules of Tennis:"

Best of luck, hope you can perform as well as possible, and that your have some fun along the way :-)
I checked, and the only Johnathan on the ITF Juonior World Rankings top 100 is Johnathan Eysseric from France. If you are him, then by all means, drop out and go for it. You have a future. But I'm pretty sure if you were him, you already know that you are going pro, so I assume you are just some daydreaming kid that isn't even good enough to win a point against half of the tour pros. You are wasting your time. You're just an above average player at best. The only way for you to become a pro is go to college and have a miraculous, astronomical improvement there.
You have been playing tennis since 8 so just increase your playing days and be dedicated to the sport continue the hard work and you will do good. If you are as determined as you say you will be a great tennis player. Best of luck for your future.
I think you still have a chance since you played from an early age. In order to become pro you should practice 6 hours a day and practice all year long and enter tournaments. In order to do this you might have to sacrifice your social life or school (take home schooling instead) to focus fully on your dream. Take note that thousands of kids train their whole lives to become pro but either never make it or don't become a success. Good luck! Hope you make it!
Yeah of course, but you need to play in tournaments every week, you need to practice 6 hours morning and 3 hours evening. You also need money. Also be ready that there are 100000s trying to be professional tennis players and will stop at no cost. If you can do it then GO FOR IT :)
Best of luck :)
Yeah you can, everything is possible and if he said you are good you will definitely become a pro tennis player, you just need to practice more and dedicate more to the sport
