Stuff happens in buildings. Sounds like you're having an allergic reaction to something. No, you're not sensing the paranormal.

I agree with Wushuboy on that. The physical reactions

you described are not typical of a paranormal contact.

Sure most old buildings have a least one murder or

something that happened there, but most of those

spirits have crossed over and the odds that you keep

running into them so often are pretty slim.

Yes, paranormal sensitivity can be developed, but

it's not a path you would want to travel, if you have

any choice about it. Let's just say that paranormal

events can be deeply disturbing and being involved

with them tends to take you into a world few other

people can relate to.

Ive gotton it at times too. Theres a spa I used to go to, and it was an old school house, well the first time I went, I was walking up the stairs to the room and I felt like I was walking through water... or jello. It was odd lol. I sat in the room and I said "hi, please dont bother me...." lol sounds dorky but I really felt something weird and I'm usually correct when I do. I told the lady about it and she said "oh yeah theres a spirit here that changes the passwords to our computers around 2 am every few nights to Bubba".

It's quite possible that you are very perceptive and sensitive to any spiritual presence that may be around you.There are people that can walk in a room and pick up on any kind of feelings,paranormal investigators feel it's left over energy.If I were you I would keep a note book and write all of your experiences down and do some research as you are doing and see how it turns out.I hope this is of some help to you.
