Why is Payday 2 always stuck at 0 bytes per second during download on steam, and is there a solution?
I tried every solution possible, i tried changing download regions, i tried deleting the Steam client blob files, i tried deleting local content and redownloading! My internet connection is fine, and it seems to download smoothly at first, but then it reaches 0 bytes per second and gets stuck there! Is there any other solution? Please, help!
Atualizada:Waiting does not help! Sometimes it will just stop the download and not even show the "0 bytes per second" thing.

yes the solution is wait, majority of times it pauses ...for minutes at a time then resumes
