I have the gym tomorrow and I'm not finished until 5pm in college so I won't have the time to have a nice, carb dinner cooked and eaten. Can I make one tonight and freeze it & ask my sister to defrost it and heat it up for me before I pop in the door?
Just in case, here are my ingredients (its not much of 'carbonara' dish)
Pasta - lots of it
Broccoli - lots of it
Sweetcorn - lots of it
Cooked Ham - lots of it (and not fried bacon)
The sauce I buy in the supermarket - Its not the best, but I try to stick close to the guideline per portion so I don't o/do it.
So would these ingredients be okay for cooking and freezing?
And whilst I'm here, would you give me times for freezing (overnight, I guess) and how long to defrost, and heat up.
Thanks, its very much appreciated :-)

I'd rather advise you to make a broccoli pasta, it won't take you longer than it would take you to defrost your dish and it will be far better - and healthier.
Just put *a lot* of water to boil in a big pan, when it boils add the broccoli, chopped, and 1 full tablespoon of salt. After a minute, when the water starts boiling again, add the pasta in the very same water. Cook "al dente", drain and serve with a little olive oil on top, chilli pepper and parmigiano cheese.
yeah, put it in a plastic container but if you are going to eat some the next day just put some pasta aside in the refrigerator. Don't freeze it for too long though. Hope I helped
yes you can
Yeah, that will work.
