Car dealer did not deliver as promised.?

Purchased 2010 Toyota Camry 2 weeks ago. When I was being shown the car, the salesman explained the vehicle was satellite ready and I would get 3 months free XM. He repeated this several times. At purchase, he stated the XM would automatically begin in 3 days. When that didn't happen, I called him and he said to take the car into the service department. The service advisor said it was satellite ready and showed me the antenna. Then he said to contact the salesman again because he would know how to get it activated. I called him and he said he would check. When he did not call back within 2 days, I called the Customer Service Manager who promised she would get the sales manager to return my call. When I did get the call, he stated that the original owner of the vehicle did not order the satellite receiver and the service advisor verified that. He then said he would get me the employee's discount for the receiver. I'm angry now because he did not present the satellite reception as an option, he said it was installed. I do not feel I should pay for the receiver, the dealership should install it at no charge since both the salesman and service advisor stated it in and was ready for reception. What recourse do I have in this situation?
