chem trails vs contrails ?
ok, so I've got a few people around me claiming chem trails are real and an event that occurs many times a day.
Oddly, none of these people sport gas masks or bio suits, but anyhow,
they claim there is proof of chemical residues in the air.
can anyone direct me to this so called "proof"
Update:I too tend to believe if something like that where to be done, food would be the quickest and cheapest.

If you're referring to spraying chemicals into the air from a plane or rocket to seed clouds, it does happen.
There are currently over 20 countries worldwide using cloud seeding of some sort, including the USA, Canada, and the largest cloud seeder, the Peoples Republic of China.
It is used to encourage precipitation, reduce pollution and suppress hail or fog.
And silver iodide, the chemical used, is rather dangerous, but only with chronic exposure. Its nothing to worry about down on the ground.
If you instead are referring to conspiracy theories about secret government spraying, then there is no proof at all.
If you are the evil government and are going to do over the population I can think of several easier ways and more controllable and less noticeable. You have to eat and drink.
chemtrails?.... sigh.... no, there's no 'proof'.... anything let go that high in the atmosphere won't do squat down here, anyhooo.....
