On a leak test Comodo came 1st Zonealarm came 3rd.
Comodo is not yet ready for Vista but zonealarm is.
The better of the two is comodo.
You should turn off windows firewall when using a third party firewall.
Hamed - Zonealarm did pass the leak test it came third because it leaks a little, comodo came first because it does not leak at all, the leak test was done using free & paid for firewalls & still comodo came first.
Windows Security Center
When you turn off windows firewall Windows Security Center will say you don't have a firewall after you downloaded comodo or zonealarm firewall windows will pick this up & your get no more warning:

Comodo Firewall Vs Zonealarm
Comodo can pass firewall leak tests that ZoneAlarm can't. The free version of ZoneAlarm is an easy to use firewall, a not very configurable software targeted at the computer illiterate: noobs and kids.
ZoneAlarm Pro is an excellent 'wall.
Zone Alarm Free is crap.
There is a huge difference in the 2 ZA versions!
Firewalls do not "detect" malware per se; firewall blocks unwanted programs from entering your computer from the internet. And it only allows programs that you trust and allow to access the internet from your computer.
