I have a 128 MB RAM video card in my computer, But the device manager says i only have a VGA standard videocard which only has 16 MB RAM. It sounds that Windows 7 used the closest driver it could find for the card off of Windows Update. Go to the card chipset manufacture's website (nVidia, ATI, AMD) and download the drivers for the card for your operating system and processor architecture and install it. It should work just fine after that.
