My mum had a really rough childhood and the deep mental wounds that left still affect her heavily today. I’ve seen a huge decline in my mum over the years. She’s because really really depressed lately and although I give her plenty of options to help herself she doesn’t do any of them. It’s getting to the point where I worry about her health. I’ve thought about getting her into inpatient treatment but with no insurance or income besides her (I’m a full time college student and it’s hard for me to fit a job into my schedule) I’m unsure of what to do. I want her to try getting therapy but she’s adamant that it won’t help her. I’ve exhausted all options and I’m unsure of where to go.

You need to carry this burden by yourself, so consider having a conversation with your GP to get some advice.
