I do sometimes, but we prefer the homemade ones in both preparation and taste. Mixing is part of the fun of having cookies! It is not very hard to make homemade cookies, and it is a lot less expensive. I, too, make double and freeze half. EDITED TO ADD: BoSox- I am that way with Whoppers. My PaPa bought me a large carton of those things when I was a child, and I ate the ENTIRE thing on the way home from the store. Just looking at (or even thinking about) them now makes me feel sick.
