If a product is broken or not what you wanted, good luck with getting it replaced. Actual membership is a lot different than what you see on TV. I was a member of a similar club. After joining and paying the fees, I found that the products sold there were new but surplus from old stock.
Just call the one in your local area. They will invite you in for a tour and also explain how the membership works! The last time we checked, it was $3,000 in our area.

My friend joined this and the membership was somewhere around $4000!!
from what I have heard , you don't want to join. Google it and look at all the bad reviews
