I was a sophomore in high school and I'm going into junior year. I took a lot of classes outside of school. I took guitar classes most of the year and art classes for about 10 weeks at the end of the year. Do these count as extra curricular activities? I also did tennis for two years but for junior year, I want to focus more on art because I'm truly interested in it. If I continue with my art and music classes, do these count as extracurricular? I have not joined any clubs at school because I have classes and sometimes I volunteer.

Well, they do count. But I'd do some more community service and work on more of your art if its really what you like! I would also join... or even start.... a club, because it's good to be in those. Good luck!
If you intend to learn to enjoy the guitar from your house but like you're with a teacher by your side then your great on line course is the Jamorama online class for guitar from here https://tr.im/D8uI5 .
Jamorama simply attempt to re-create a scenario in which you would have a instructor, or are playing in a band.
You'll get Jam tracks (to reproduce the band), tips and common problems (that your guitar instructor might have stated while training you).
Every thing in it's to ensure that you could have the same knowledge to having a teacher.
yes, anything to enrich and educate you that you choose to do outside of school can be considered an extracurricular activity.
Playing guitar has enriched my life, and I want to help you get that same feeling by going through these guitar lessons https://tr.im/iCWOX
By the end of some lessons, you’ll be able to strum and know enough chords to play a few of your favorite songs, which will be a lot of motivation for you.
