In the past year ive experienced extreme mood swings. At first it started right before my period so i thought it was just PMS. But later it started happening more often. It always starts over jealousy. Theres always a trigger and no matter what mood i was in it completly changes. I start to panic and think my boyfriend is going to leave me. When i have these episodes my heart starts beating really fast and i get hot and i just wanna be alone and cry. I feel helpless and depressed. Most of the time i have suicidal thoughts. I've lost all self-confidence. Its led to plenty of arguments between me and my boyfriend and he asks me to get help. Do you know what these are symptoms of?

I think that it is just because you have an extremely low self esteem. It can damage you and hurt you really bad. Try working on accepting who you are. Always remember you are a beautiful person that NO ONE can replace. Not even a bullion dollars is worth the amount of your life.
Look up Borderline Personality Disorder, it might not be it but that is the only thing I can think of that sounds similar.
Edit: My husband has Borderline Personality Disorder and he used to have a TON of friends and he has managed to get me as his wife so someone with this disorder can have friends, it also depends on how severe it is. The reason why I said this disorder is because people with it have a big fear of being left or abandonded and will often be very jelous people and acuse their lovers of cheating and they have NO self confidence and their is always a trigger to what they get mad at and they will turn on a dime no matter what mood they are in. If you are young you might not even see all of the symptoms yet. Like I said you might not have it but you have sevral symptoms, enough for me to reccomend you looking it up.
you aren't borderline. you would be if u had no friends and if you've managed to keep a boyfriend then you probably arent borderline. do you ever get episodes of mania? (feeling really good about youself, opposite of depression) if you have then you may be bipolar. dont freak out though.
i thought i had the same problem but it turned out to just be the relationship i was in. i figured this one out because he told me i was crazy all the time so i went to my family doctor whos known me since birth. he told me there was nothing wrong with me. then when i spent some time away from my boyfriend, i began to realize that in every other situation i was fine. so what im saying here is, take some time away from your man and see if this behaviour pops up in other situations when you arent thinking about him and your relationship. if it is your relationship, you may want to re-think it; it probably isnt a healthy one!!!
Yes. These are symptoms of a very low self-esteem. I want you to write this down and practice it. Your frustrations are in direct proportion to your expectations. If you feel you need to talk to someone (no charge) my email is [email protected] and my name is David. I will help if I can. Good Luck.
The panicking, heart beating and depression all sounds like Anxiety.
