guys, my pc config is - Intel dg31pr motherboard, Intel core 2 duo e7200 2.53 ghz, 4 gb ddr2 ram and nvidia GeForce gt 440 1 gb ddr3 graphics card. my motherboard has a lga 775 socket and thus can't support any I series processors. games like gta 4 lag on my pc at the highest settings :( I know processor is te main reason for it. I tried overclocking, but this motherboard aint permitting me :'( I tried using softwares like set fsb, etc, but of no use

can anyone guide me about how to overclock my pc? Best answer gets 10 points :)
