I need a FREE program that is a specialty in cropping pics. I don't mean those ones that you just 'drag the box to crop' like Picasa 3, I need one that let's you crop it exactly how you want it. Like you can take a tool and just outline what you want cropped.

If there aren't any, I need a program that changed the backround. Like if you have a pic of a bell er something and you want to change backround around the bell. Again, this needs to be FREE.

I need it ASAP so I really appreciate the help!
