Possibly mountains can be considered natural resources. Rocks gravel and dust are definitely natural resources, as are sulfuric acid and carbon dioxide. Nearly all the water is tightly bound to the sulfuric acid. The atmosphere of Venus has about the same number of kilograms of nitrogen, argon, helium, krypton and zenon as Earth's atmosphere
On Earth, many of the compounds are biological in origin, so these are likely absent at Venus. Likely all the elements under atomic number 96 are found on the surface of Venus, but in different compounds and less likely to be concentrated. Neil

Mountains are NOT a resource!!! A resource is USED.
carbon dioxide. It is used for making soft drinks.

Basalt. It is used for making prison cells.

Sulphuric acid. It is used for drain cleaners.
So you could use these resources for building prisons, treating the inmates to lemonade, and keeping the plumbing clean.
Not a particularly compelling reason to go there.
Cheers!
