I don't think that the picture is real. There is one seen in the manga ( the anime version ends too early) where tohru falls down a hill and is kyo runs down to get her. For some reason he decides that's a great time to kiss her, when she's halfway unconscious. Boys. Then later after she gets out of the hospital, the two confess their love for one another and and then decide to hug right there (they were in a park in broad daylight) despite the curse. But suprise suprise! The curse is broken! This of course leads to more kissing but nothing like what's in the picture. But then again I haven't read the very last manga so it could be in there.

To answer your question, yes they do kiss.
