No. No. No. Naruto does not have an eye technique. its just because hes i sage mode his eyes appear like horizontal slits. but when he starts getting angry the fox's charkra comes out and the vertical slits come out as well thus making his eyes look like + + hahaha.

I highly doubt that he will have an eye technique. if anything hes going to lean his dads (4th hokage) flying thunder god technique which is considered space time ninjitsu thus he would be able to counter sasukes sharingan and even madaras. or hell unseal the 2nd have of the kyubis chakra and he'll be in complete control of the fox!
